Placement of an order constitutes entering into the terms and conditions set out in this section.
Once an order has been place either online, via email at or by phone on 03 9717 0436 The Australian Hamper Company will confirm your order by email.
You will receive confirmation that your order has been processed and an invoice will be generated. The Australian Hamper Company’s agreement, with you, comes into existence once we have confirmed your order and your payment has been processed.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact The Australian Hamper Company immediately on 03 9717-0436. Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Australian Hamper Company. Cancellations will not be granted if the products have already been sent.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Australian Hamper Company if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification, an investigation will commence.
Refunds will not be given for late delivery outside our stipulated delivery guarantees. The Australian Hamper Company will not be held liable for late distribution outside of our stated delivery commitment.

In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will promptly replace the item and or items that have been damaged.
Please call The Australian Hamper Company on 03 9717 0436 or email us at to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re-sent.
In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will, at our discretion, refund the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with The Australian Hamper Company are processed quickly with as little hassle as possible.

Item Substitution
The Australian Hamper Company reserve the right to substitute a product temporarily not available for a similar product of equal or greater, quality and cost. This includes packaging and ribbon.
For photographic purposes, some gift box contents and other gifts are displayed on dishes and some wines shown in glasses. These props are not included in the gift unless specified in the inclusions. All inclusions are clearly stated.

Sale of Liquor
Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1988, it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (penalty exceeds $8000) and for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700). For all gifts with alcohol included, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years and is available to receive the delivery.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Confidential Information
The Information The Australian Hamper Company collect from their customers is strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to anybody other than those who are contracted to our company. The Australian Hamper Company may release appropriate information to third parties such as courier companies to assist with the fulfilment of your order.

Gift Wrapping & Delivery Information
Please note that all gift wrapping is complimentary when purchasing from The Australian Hamper Company. This free service includes beautiful brown craft boxes with magnetic close, finished with black grosgrain ribbon for all adult hampers and white hamper boxes with magnetic close and coloured grosgrain ribbon for all baby hampers. All gift hampers come with a personalised card inside the box. The Australian Hamper Company use only the highest quality boxes and ribbons, the wrapping is just one extra that makes it a worthwhile purchase.
For delivery purposes all The Australian Hamper Company gifts are delivered inside an exterior delivery box.
