What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Delivery charges are based on the suburb you are sending the gift hamper to and which delivery option you choose.
We offer same day delivery in Melbourne, next day delivery to all Australian suburbs and scheduled delivery dates.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We except Pay Pal and Secure Pay (credit card).

How long will delivery take?

We offer same day delivery to all Melbourne Metro suburbs and next day delivery to all Australian suburbs.
Delivery is available Monday to Friday.
Orders must be placed by 12pm to receive same day or next day delivery.

If an order is placed after 12pm delivery will carry over to the next day.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be carried over to the next working day.

We also have scheduled delivery available so if you want a hamper delivered in advance for a friends birthday, we can book a delivery on that particular day.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive a verification email confirming your order. Then your gift hamper will be packed and delivered with no further assistance from you. Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive and invoice once your order has been placed and confirmed.
