For same day gift hamper delivery to all Melbourne Metro areas, orders must be placed no later than 12pm. If an order is placed after 12pm, it will be delivered during the next business day.

Next day gift hamper delivery – To all major cities & suburbs in Australia.

Next day gift hamper delivery is available to all major cities Australia wide, and orders must be placed no later than 12pm, If an order is placed after 12pm, it will be delivered during the next business day.
We air express to ensure all cities receive next day service.

Standard gift hamper delivery, 2-10 Business days – To all major cities & suburbs in Australia.

Delivery can be scheduled on a specific day and orders can be placed 24/7

Gift hamper delivery is available Monday – Friday. Orders must be placed by 12pm to receive same day or next day delivery.
If an order is placed after 12pm delivery will carry over to the next day.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be carried over to the next working day.

Fees

Delivery fees charge to us from the couriers will be charged directly to you with no additions.
We use TNT, capital transport and our own couriers for most deliveries. However in some cases we may use Australia Post or other independent companies, depending on circumstance.
To check a delivery charge, put the address you wish to have the hamper delivered to at the checkout.

Wrong Address

Please note; if you supply us with an incorrect address and the goods have been dispatched, we will do everything in our power to stop the delivery and redeliver the gift to the correct address. A redelivery fee will be charged should the courier company charge us. However, if this request is unable to be completed, the accountability falls the customer and it will be at The Australian Hamper Company’s discretion as to how we proceed.

We require correct name, surname, street address, postcode and state. If an item is delivered and no one is available to receive it, it will be left in a safe place at the discretion of the delivery driver. If the driver feels a gift is not safe to leave unattended, or cannot find the property he will leave a calling card and take the goods back to base or the nearest post office. If the items need to be redelivered, a redelivery fee will be charged to the purchaser. Also if we are delivering to a hospital especially maternity, we need as much information as possible, room number, department (maternity) and floor. Please find out when the patient will be discharged, depending on delivery, you may need to send it to their home address.
